Daxxon Gray Race Car Livery for 2025

Scottsdale, AZ — Daxxon Gray Motorsport is proud to announce its 2025 campaign in the IMSA Lamborghini Super Trofeo North America Series, headlined by an exciting new driver pairing and a purpose-driven sponsorship that’s bringing heart to horsepower.

Teaming up for the upcoming season are Sebastian Vasan and Coby Shield, two dynamic racers whose combined talents, chemistry, and shared underdog spirit make them a formidable force in one of the most competitive single-make series in motorsport.

The Daxxon Gray crew

“This season is about more than just racing—it’s about legacy, mentorship, and proving that grit and talent can outshine privilege,” said Jason Jannetti. “Sebastian and Coby are a duo built on passion, precision, and perseverance. We’re proud to have them representing Daxxon Gray.”

About Daxxon Gray Motorsport

Founded on the belief that high performance should be fueled by passion and purpose, Daxxon Gray Motorsport is a professional racing team based in Scottsdale, Arizona. The team enters the 2025 IMSA Lamborghini Super Trofeo North America Series with a clear mission: to elevate emerging talent, build a winning culture, and prove that heart, hustle, and hard work still matter in motorsport.

Whether it’s building team chemistry, fostering mentorship, or aligning with sponsors who share a vision for impact, Daxxon Gray is more than a race team—it’s a platform for people who refuse to be overlooked. With a gritty, performance-first ethos and a commitment to growth on and off the track, Daxxon Gray Motorsport is here to disrupt the status quo.

Driver Spotlight: Where Passion Meets Precision

Headshot of Sebastian Vasan

Sebastian Vasan, a rising talent whose racing roots began with national wins in remote-control car competitions, has quickly accelerated through the motorsport ranks. Although he dreamed of racing go-karts as a kid, his parents had safety concerns—so he channeled that drive into something safer, cutting his teeth with a remote control in hand. Since stepping into the driver's seat in 2022, Sebastian has gained experience across national GT4 platforms and now brings youth, speed, and relentless focus to the Lamborghini grid.

Headshot of Coby Shield

Coby Shield, a multi-time national champion and seasoned GT4 podium finisher, takes pride in being a self-made driver. Without a karting background or financial backing, Shield climbed from autocross to pro-level racing, earning a national championship with Carroll Shelby Racing in his rookie year.

“Having a teammate like Sebastian keeps me sharp,” said Coby Shield. “He’s fast, focused, and learning at an incredible pace. I’m excited to push each other and aim for podiums in Pro/Am—and who knows, maybe even in Pro.”

“Coby is not only quick, but incredibly supportive,” said Sebastian Vasan. “He’s the kind of driver who raises your game. I’m grateful to race alongside him and represent a team that truly believes in us.”

Driven by Purpose: A Sponsorship That Gives Back

Backing this bold driver lineup is Inson Dubois Wood—the internationally acclaimed New York City based luxury residential designer and founder of Inson Dubois Wood LLC, whose work has been featured on the covers of Luxe and Social Life, and inside top publications including Architectural Digest, Vogue, and Elle Decor. He is also the author of a best-selling interior design coffee table book published by Rizzoli, showcasing high-end projects spanning seven countries.

But beyond the world of design, Inson Wood is also a passionate force behind the next generation of elite athletes. A former bicycle racer for Harvard University, in 2001 he co-founded Foundation Cycling New York, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, alongside Richard Wolf—CEO of Global Research, a premier executive search firm. Since its inception, Foundation Cycling New York has raised over $5 million to support young men and women from all backgrounds with elite coaching, equipment, and international exposure. To date, over 50 riders have gone on to sign professional cycling contracts on both national and international circuits.

This year, Foundation Cycling takes its mission from two wheels to four—becoming the title sponsor of Daxxon Gray’s Super Trofeo effort.

“This partnership goes beyond brand visibility,” said Inson Dubois Wood. “It’s about creating opportunities for talent that might otherwise go unseen. Whether it’s a cyclist or a supercar driver, we believe in investing in the next generation of excellence.”

Driver Coby Shield echoed this sentiment: “Unlike some, I didn’t have the financial backing to start out. I had to rely on networking, relationships, and people taking a chance on me. That’s why I believe in Foundation Cycling so much—it’s about paying it forward.”

Looking Ahead

While in their second year on the Super Trofeo grid, Daxxon Gray Motorsport is entering the 2025 season with momentum, vision, and a deep commitment to performance and purpose. With a supportive team culture and state-of-the-art equipment, the team aims to hit the ground running—and disrupt expectations.

In a season where the IMSA paddock is bursting at the seams, Daxxon Gray is proud to share space under the MLT Motorsport tent.

“We’re incredibly grateful to the entire MLT team for their generosity and support,” said Jason Jannetti. “It’s a perfect example of the kind of collaboration that makes this sport so special.”

As the 2025 season kicks off, Daxxon Gray Motorsport is ready to prove they have a place on the podium. With a powerful driver pairing, a mission-driven sponsor, and the support of paddock allies like MLT Motorsport, the journey starts now.
